The summit date is set: Saturday, April 16th, 2011. Workshops and presentations, including a break for lunch and a bike ride, will fill the day
from 8:30am to 6:00pm. Immediately following that, we'll have purely social time among us bike geeks for the rest of the evening.
This year's summit will be at Pine Street Station, 1101 E. 5th St. at Waller St., just east of downtown Austin.

We are looking for new ideas for workshops, presentations, and exhibits. For guidance, you can use the information below: a list of last year's workshops, a list of a few workshops likely for this year, and the summit mission statement.

The Austin Bike Summit provides a unique, once-a-year convergence. At no other time of the year is there an opportunity for all Austin bike advocates and staff to come together. We welcome anyone involved in bicycle advocacy, promotion, or education — and, especially those who wish to be — to come and take part.
