NYC police issue "get out of jail free" cards to friends, family

Corruption in NYC:  NYC police issue "courtesy cards" to friends and family, which those friends and family can show to officers when they get stopped for traffic violations, avoiding getting a ticket.  Police retaliated against an officer who wrote tickets to card holders anyway.
