Seth Meyers on NYC bike lanes

In Seth Meyers monologue tonight, he started a bit with, "New York officials are unveiled a plan today to install ten miles of bike lanes throughout the city," and I cringed, thinking it was gonna be negative about bicyclists or bike lanes somehow, but here's how the whole bit went:

"New York officials are unveiled a plan today to install ten miles of bike lanes throughout the city.  That story again: New York officials are adding ten more miles of sometimes car lanes." (with a graphic showing a taxi occupying the bike lane)
