Austin's first bicycle boulevards, kind of

Bicycle boulevards are streets closed to through traffic for cars, often by installing some kind of barrier in the middle of the street.  Residents can get to their residences since *access* isn't restricted, just *through traffic*.  It's supposed to decrease the amount of car traffic and make it safer for bicycling and walking.  Other cities have them, Austin, of course, does not, at least not permanent ones.  Austin just implemented a whole bunch of them for safe walking since people are walking more now that they're staying home (except that Stay-At-Home is pretty much ending).
