Scathing report blasts Austin roadway changes for prioritizing cars

This report faults planners for facilitating car traffic rather than reducing/discouraging it (or at least prioritizing other forms of transportation), explaining that doing so is at odds with bike/ped safety.  It uses Austin as an example.
