S. PLEASANT VALLEY, TODD, BURLESON project survey (deadline is 1/26)

The city is seeking public input for planned improvements on South Pleasant Valley Road, Todd Lane, and Burleson Road from Oltorf Street to Onion Creek Park. The project area is a vital north-south bicycle connection in southeast Austin. Please review the project website and take the survey (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/3PFHG85) to voice your support for adding physical protection and connecting current bike lanes to provide a safe and continuous route for riders of all skill levels and experience.

Let’s send the city an enthusiastic and unambiguous message of support for these improvements and a complete All Ages and Abilities Bicycle Network throughout Austin. The proposed preliminary designs would provide connections to Onion Creek Metro Park, the Country Club Creek Trail, and Rodriguez Elementary School, providing safe routes to school and to recreational facilities.
