The police followed a trail of debris to the driver's house, finding the moped lodged under the vehicle.
She said she didn't realize she'd hit someone (as they always do), but in this case that's actually plausible since police report that she was staggeringly drunk.
Suspect is Olivia Gruwell (21), victim is Timothy Boykin (46).
