New shared use path on I35 between 1431 and Old Settler's Blvd in RR

I've been seeing this built over the last few month but it is next to impossible to find out any information about it on the internet.  Does anyone know if this is part of a larger network going up in Williamson County?  Regardless, it is good to see TxDOT earmarking money for ped/cycling infrastructure as part of highway work.  This is so much more cost effective to make it part of existing work than trying to install something after the fact.
