City to install bicycle traffic signals at 12 intersections

The intersections, all in the central city, are:

* Rio Grande & MLK (this one's already installed)
* Wilshire/Aldrich & Airport
* 4th & Red River
* Rio Grande & W. 24th
* N. Lamar & Morrow
* 5 locations on 3rd St.
* 2 locations on the Lance Armstrong Bikeway

Every. Single. Comment. under the article is a complaint about how it's a waste of money, and city leaders are "idiots" for promoting bicycling.  I wonder what the comments would look like in a place that's *not* considered a bike-friendly city.
