Want to buy a recumbent trike for disabled wife

Rear wheel drive, geared, a Shimano IGH 8 speed would be ideal.  I would put a two speed crank on the front for greater range if not already so equipped. Should have plenty of adjustment for seat and reach.  Does NOT have to be feather light.
