Bicycle Austin forum

This forum’s roots date back to the very first bike email list in Austin, starting in 1994, and it played a part in the getting the segregated bike lanes you see all over town.  Be a part of history and make a post!

Forum is back up

Anyone who tried to use the forum in the last couple of days saw that it was down for maintenance, while I was upgrading the software.  Everything is back up and running now, bang on it, please let me know if you encounter any problems.  There are no enhancements, it was all bug fixes.

On a related note, you don't have to flag any spam you see.  I get emailed a copy of every single thing posted to the forum, so if anyone posts spam, I'm gonna see it and take care of it, almost always within 24 hours, usually just a couple of hours.  If you see spam, I just haven't seen it yet myself, but I will, soon.  I appreciate y'alls effort in trying to help keep the forum tidy, but I would much rather you put that effort into posting about local rides and events around town -- or at least post interesting stuff, or comment on others' posts.

Thanks!
