Seeking orgs to donate to Yellow Bike's new Kids Program - thoughts?

Howdy, all -

If you haven't heard, Yellow Bike is starting a kids program this fall. Its freshman showing will consist of two 7-week sessions, with two classes of 12 kids for each session. While Yellow Bike has committed to funding the program, we have also decided to try to see what equipment we might be able to find donations for, to go to the kids at the end of each session.

I've been a lurking reader here for a while, but thought your collective brainpower might do great to brainstorm organizations and shops to solicit donations from. For each 7 week session, we are looking to give each participant (24 per session, 48 between September and December):

*A bicycle
*Helmet
*Water bottle
*Lock
*Front & Rear Light

Any thoughts on who best to ask? I've heard that Austin Ridge Riders often donate helmets, perhaps? Maybe there's an existing program?

Thanks in advance!
