Get a "Share the Road" license plate for your car

There's something ironic about having a bicycle-themed "Share the Road" license plate on a car.  But I'm ordering one for ours, because I want other drivers to see it.  Maybe if there were a lot more of these license plates out there, that would signal to people that bikes are a legitimate part of our culture, and maybe that would temper some of the hostility and recklessness we see towards cyclists.

The cost is $30, of which $22 funds cycling programs.  Of course, you could also get a bumper sticker for about $4:

I saw one of these today on my run. Made me feel pretty good knowing that driver probably gets it. Didn't know it also helped fund bike programs.

Need to order one for our car.
Thinking of eliminating my truck.
A drunk driver recently helped me along.
Will provide details when able.
Might normally question 'share the road'.
More like 'PARE THE ROAD'
However, friendly support from motorists, you know they get it.
And helps to fund bike projects.
