I remember when that came out a couple of years ago (maybe we talked about it here).  The guy didn't know that it actually wasn't illegal to ride in the car lane instead of the bike lane (and of course the ticketing cop didn't know, either), so the guy paid the fine, then discovered that he hadn't actually broken any law, but he couldn't get the city to refund his money.
