Sting operation -- presumably for 3 feet law

Bicycle cops undercover going around and around the block in front of my shop on South First today during rush hour.  Said "police" on their helmets, but small enough that nobody would see that easily from their car.  Unmarked car to give out tickets.

I am just a couple of blocks south from where the two ladies got hit recently.
