First Friday Bike Ride 3/1 6:30pm

If you don't do the Facebook thing --

Friday, March 1, 2013
6:30pm

The ride will begin at the south side of the Capitol Building at 6:30pm for an easy no drop 8 mile bike ride that will end at a different bike shop each month. This month we will end at Jack & Adams. The First Friday ride is intended for responsible riders that want to build community and go on a fun bike ride. After the ride stick around and enjoy a refreshment, socialize with fellow cyclists and hear just a few words from the ACA President Stanton Truxillo about important items affecting every cyclist in and around Austin.

Below is this month’s route:

Please bring your helmet, lights and please follow the traffic laws. All responsible cyclists are welcomed. Sponsors for this ride are Jack & Adams, New Belgium Brewing and ACA.

Note: I do believe that 6:30pm means "wheels down at 6:30pm, so don't show up at 6:35pm expecting to ride with them".

I believe this is going to be a monthly ride -- this is the second one, but the week has changed.  If it's at the same time of the month next month, I guess it'll be time to list it as a recurring ride.
