History of bicycle infrastructure in Austin?

Hello,

I am a graduate student doing research on the history of bicycle infrastructure (both planning and actual infrastructure builds) in Austin. I am wondering if anyone on this forum knows of a good resource for pre-1970s information regarding anything that may have been built or planned. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Kenneth

Unfortunately, one of the earliest people who coordinated infrastructure for the city, just died. The obvious starting place on this would be Annick Beaudet at the city.
