Full Moon Cruise, 2013-01-26 Sat night, 11:59pm, Pfluger ped bridge

Now that the Full Moon Rides are listed on the left, I'm not sure if I should post an event for each one or not.  But considering that they're not at the same time each week or month, maybe it would be best if I did. 

And especially since this is a weekend ride, I guess I should -- all those people who can't normally make it, perhaps this night they can.

Looking up, I see a half full moon tonight -- that means that the next Full Moon Cruise must be about a week away!
Amid the cold and deep snows of midwinter (ha!), the cycling wolf packs howled hungrily outside urban villages. Thus, the name for January’s full Moon cruise!

We assemble Saturday, January 26th 2013, 11:59pm, at the Pfluger Pedestrian bridge, and we leave at about 12:30am. This is a weekend ride, so those of you with a M-F job or school schedule have no excuse not to make it!

As always, ride at your own risk, having lights on your bike at night is a good idea and it's always prudent to have at least enough equipment to change a flat.

I like the reminders -- even though I usually can't make it.

But that reminds me, now that Elliott is no longer maintaining a calendar, maybe we should figure out how to crowd-source an Austin Bike Calendar, that everyone could contribute to?
