Two-hour ER visit at Brackenridge costs $22k!

After a man crashed his bike on the Lady Bird Lake Trail, got up, and fainted, bystanders called 911.  Paramedics took him to Brackenridge, where he spent only 2:17(:00), received only "minimal care" (according to him), and was billed $21,730.
