We need a Central Austin bikepool meeting location

I thought about starting my own, but I think I should start a discussion here first.

We need a site that people can use to meet up for like/rides.

i.e. I commute from approx 10th and comal to 45th and lamar about 8am every morning.  Does anyone else go that way?

Then people can discuss online and make sure the person isnt a bike thief or rapist (That is the hardest part of all this).

I think it would help build the bike community, and also, who loves to bike alone?  Not me.

Anyway, I am considering starting this on my own unless someone else wants to collaborate with me, or unless we can find a place for it here.
