ACA Losing Non-Profit Status?

I saw in this morning's Statesman that the Austin Cycling Association may be losing its tax-exempt status.

Sounds like it's just a mistake and will be corrected in the ACA's case.  (Unless the guy is lying, of course, but that seems unlikely.)

Our paperwork is in the queue and we've been following up with the IRS but as you can see in the article there is a large backlog.
