is carsharing a viable transportation alternative in Austin?

This survey will be used in part of a University of Texas research program.  It takes only about five minutes and is likely to have an impact on the future of carsharing in Austin.  Please take five minutes to improve the future of transportation options in the city!

Re: is carsharing a viable transportation alternative in Austin?

The "how many vehicles do you have in your household" question is ambiguous. Is this intended to count only vehicles which require a license? (A bicycle is certainly a vehicle by any reasonable definition, but my impression is that the survey doesn't intend that they be counted). How about vehicles insured as recreational, with expired registration, or not in working order?

A clearer question might be (if my assumptions about your intent were correct): "How many working, street-legal vehicles which require a driver's license do you have in your household?"
