Austin's Finest Form a Team for the Austin Commuter Challenge!

I'm pleased to announce that Police Chief Acevedo, Commander Mungia, and several other officers have joined the "Friends and Family" Challenge with the Austin Commuter Challenge League!  If you haven't formed a team, set up your profile now.  This Challenge runs May 11-17th.  Last day to sign up is the 10th.

In addition, the Chief has informed me that they have installed bike racks in the police garage to accomodate commuters.  Chief Acevedo joined a large number of cyclists in the Political Pedal last Friday. He's a nice guy, and is truly interested in our cycling community.
