Volunteers needed for 20th Anniversary Party July 21, 2011

This month Waterloo Cycles is celebrating its 20 yr anniversary!

All Volunteers must meet us at Waterloo Cycles @ 7:00 PM on JULY 21, 2011 for MANDATORY volunteer meeting. Please reply off list or contact us via Facebook message or leave a comment stating what job you would like to do. http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=182978608427694 We are planning a huge water party to follow the weekly Thursday Night Social Ride. The party will include:

3 Kegs!! (Major Thanks to Black Star Co-op and Real Ale)
Free Cake!!
Catered Thai food by Dang
Huge Ass Inflatable Slip N Slide
Face and Body Painting booth
Water Fight- Bring your own guns and water balloons
Awesome Raffle Prizes- Proceeds benefit Yellow Bike Project, Austin Cycling Association, BikeTexas, League of Bicycling Voters

We need honest hard working volunteers to help with:

Set up (as many people as possible)
Clean up (as many people as possible)
Bartenders(passing out keg beer 3-4 people needed. TABC certified since we don't want anyone getting in trouble )
Cake booth (2-3 people needed_
Raffle ticket sales people (~5 people needed)
Artistic face/body painters (3-4 people needed)
We can give each volunteer 2 raffle tickets and free beer all night!

Both face/body paint booth and photo booth will have tip jars. All tips go to volunteers.

Beer tips go to pay for kegs and additional $ made will benefit our awesome bike non profit groups.
