Idiot driver on 12th St.

Should you ever feel the urge to smash the windshield of a grey car, license plate [redacted] from TX; due to driver's utter disregard of 3-feet law and common decency.
Please be aware that that would be illegal.

[Editor's note:  We can't allow the promotion of vandalism against others -- especially since it would be an easy way for people with an unrelated grudge to just *claim* that some certain driver was mean to them.]
