This Twin Cities organization received a new grant for improving their service.  The news story says they are considering expanding to Portland, OR and Austin, TX.

And here is the City of Austin Bicycle Map.  It doesn't plan personal routes for you, but it can give assistance.  Don't forget to consider the light gray side-street lines, too!
