28yo man arrested for fatal hit-and-run on pedestrian Kyla Walker, 39

Crash was 11/10/25 at E. Stassney Ln. and Teri Rd.

Still keeping an eye out for a white driver to be arrested for killing a bicyclist/pedestrian of color, rather than the other way around.  Also interested to see if the driver in this case will face any meaningful penalties.
