2023 Austin Bicycle Plan

The City just posted a draft of the 2023 Bicycle Plan, updating the 2014 plan.

Skimming it, it looks mostly like more of the same.  I didn't see any specific plans for any bike boulevards (which the plan calls "Neighborhood Bikeways", mostly just verbiage about why they're supposedly not a good fit for Austin.
