Smart Corridor plan proposes 40 miles of new bike lanes (2016 Bond)

Good news for connectivity along major arteries (Lamar, Airport, Burnet, William Cannon and more).  From the mayor: "75 miles of sidewalks & paths, 40 miles of bike lanes along the corridors, 100 bike route connections ... and it's all coordinated with @CapMetroATX's Connections 2025."
