That's the headline of this KXAN article about a case in which a motorcyclist was hit-and-run'd.

The victim might wonder, but the result won't be a surprise to anyone here.

The Comments section has posts by the victim's daughter that says even this article is too generous to the police, e.g., "The news story isn't true. They made the police look like they're working on it. They've told us nothing and they've known since that night the name and address of the one and only suspect."
