Hit-and-run driver kills 15yo walking on the shoulder, 12/26/16

Michael Mince, 15, was walking along FM 2001.

It's funny how I can't count how many times I've heard people complain about cyclists committing minor traffic infractions but I almost never hear anyone complaining about human-killing hit-and-run drivers.
