HSC-SPH-16-0489
INVITATION TO TAKE PART
You are invited to take part in a research study called, Multilevel correlates of bicycling for recreation and transportation in the US South: Redefining Bikeability, conducted by Dr. Deborah Salvo, of the University of Texas Health Science Center. For this research study, she will be called the Principal Investigator or PI.
Your decision to take part is voluntary. You may refuse to take part or choose to stop being a part of the study at any time. A decision not to take part or to stop being a part of the research study will not change the services available to you from the University.

TIME COMMITMENT
The total amount of time you will spend to take part in this research study by completing the survey is 20-30 minutes.
BENEFITS
You may or may not receive any benefit for taking part in this study. However, your participation in this study will increase the scientific understanding of what individual and environmental factors influence bicycling for recreation and transportation.
RISKS AND/OR DISCOMFORTS
