Local bicycle blogs

Shame about the Old Guy [on Two Wheels] not having a blog anymore.  I live and commute in his area and checked for his updates everyday.  In fact, one time at the Parmer/Mopac HEB, I was locking up my bike and some HEB employee mistook me for the Old Guy.  Shite, I thought, am I that old and ugly?  I checked the mirror when I got home, and it turns out I am.

Michael, maybe you could add a link to this other guy.   http://austinonabike.com/  He is posting useful and interesting information.

I was only nearly hit and killed 3 times this week!  Merica!   Cuz Freedom!

Re: Local bicycle blogs

Thanks for letting me know about Austin on a Bike, RedFalcon, I didn't know about that one.  I just put it in the sidebar.

Lots of good blogs have disappeared, including Austin on Two Wheels.  Our bike community doesn't seem to have the online presence that cities with a strong cycling culture have.

I saw him in the distance once.  Tried to catch up, but he disappeared into the mist.
