Impatient driver revs engine at pedestrians, kills one of them

An impatient driver revved her engine at two pedestrians to make them cross the crosswalk faster (which succeeded), but then she hit and killed a third pedestrian also trying to cross the road.  Penalty:  eight months jail, two years' license suspension.

Ban her from driving for life and that would be closer to proper consequences.
