Woman brags on Twitter about hitting a cyclist...the police take note

"Definitely knocked a cyclist off his bike earlier - I have the right of way he doesn't even pay road tax! #bloodycyclists"

I understand people being so ignorant that they don't realize that local taxes, not motor vehicle taxes, pay for the roads.  But what's unfathomable is that they don't realize that nearly everyone who rides a bike also owns a car, and thus pays the same taxes anyway.
