Early fun with APD

Be aware out there. APD could be dangerously funny. Today at 7:50 am, when I was starting to cross 15th St. going north on Nueces, APD patrol car 1809 passed me driving fast on the "left turn only" lane —they were going north.

What makes this abuse story funny —at least in my eyes— is that they carried two patrol bikes hanging from the rack.
