Some homeowners have asked how to get a bike lane on a street near our neighborhood.  I am not a cyclist, so please be kind! I serve on our HOA board, so I've been asked to look into this.  To be clear, the street is not in our neighborhood (not governed by the HOA), but close to it.  I need a cheat sheet/guide on how to tackle this.
