KXAN published a follow-up article yesterday:http://kxan.com/2016/06/20/changes-made … it-killed/ According to the article the victim was walking his bike through the intersection while the traffic signal was flashing yellow. There's no mention of whether or not the motorist was held accountable in any way for failing to yield right of way.
