Austin Tri Cyclist's Monday Night Free Spin Class.  ATC now offers free spin classes, Monday nights at ATC 360. The first one will be this Monday night (November 11th) at The 360 location: set up at 6:00pm start at 6:15pm. Bring your bike and your trainer, or they will have trainers to rent. Austin Tri-Cyclist will be having guest instructors and some great training videos to watch, with a friendly group to stay fit this off season. Watch for more information on more classes to come.
