Great timing!  It's National Road Rage awareness month this month.  Complete with a proclamation this Thursday by the Mayor:

"Proclamation -- Road Rage Awareness Month -- to be presented by Mayor Will Wynn and to be accepted by Charles "Chick" Laws "

Was anybody able to make it to Saturday morning's open house?  I was hobnobbing at the Convention and missed it (no, I didn't go near the Governor's Mansion).  Last I heard, construction will start in December and finish late 2009/early 2010.  Anyone with an update?
