The 2012 GT Tachyon 4.0 with aluminum frame and Shimano components is a hybrid entry-level road bike.

I bought it brand new last year (original price: 600) and have used it for commuting around downtown (~10 miles/day). I'm now moving and can't take it with me :-( It's in great shape.
