I've been meaning to donate a small bike rack for at least a year and haven't made it anywhere.  If there's a non-profit looking for a bike rack donation and willing to drive to NW Austin to pick it up, please reply to me.

Saw this on another list:

The city is planning to construct an opening to the Riata Park from
the adjacent neighborhood at Jessica Lane. This opening would provide
better bike routes for residents in the Riata area.

There has been some opposition to this opening in the past by
residents in the adjacent neighborhood (Angus Valley). If you think
this opening is a good idea, consider sending a message of support to
the city parks department.
