BIKE: Election Endorsement, Part 73

It's time for us to pick our favorite Place 3 candidate for the runoff 
election, to receive the official BicycleAustin endorsement, which is 
so important that all the pollsters fall all over themselves to see who 
can best describe it as the most important indicator of success in a 
city-wide election.

And again, Margot Clarke is the only candidate to return the survey.

I originally planned to have a longer balloting process but since we 
only have one candidates' answers it seems kind of silly to do so.  So 
email me your vote by 9pm tonight (Wednesday).  If there's an uproar 
that the list should have more time then I'll extend the voting period.
