BIKE: News 8 series on biking in austin

Not sure if folks were aware of News 8's series on cycling in Austin.

So far, two segments in the series are available on-line.  Interesting
bits: drivers "tolerate" cyclists on the road "most of the time;"
Cycling magazine says something about Austin city leaders being a
driving force behind the emerging cycling culture in Austin.

Wish they'd do a bit more on cycling as transportation in Austin.
