The following is music to the wannabe bicyclists ears, since formal 
attire is one of the biggest impediments to biking to work.  Yes, I know 
one can shower, blah, blah, blah, etc., etc., blah.  Most people are not 
going to go to this kind of trouble every day.  Want proof?  The fewer 
the 0.5% commute trips made by bicycles in the CAMPO planning area.
