BIKE: Exchange with Goodman

I think there's at least one Aesop's fable that covers this ground.

As long as everyone is reprising the mistakes along the way to the done 
deal that is the Shoal Creek Boulevard accomodation, why not read/link 
(to) this and feel even worse about our local "solution".
