If the car was parked illegally on the street, the city would ticket it 
(and maybe tow it).

If the bar actually had a parking lot (which they don't), the bar MIGHT 
be nice and go try to find the owner; but in my experience they probably 
would not - they'd probably tow it away very quickly.

Bicycle advocacy is best served by thoughtful reasoned argument, not 
exaggeration.
