BIKE: Tonight's UTC meeting CANCELLED

Leanne from the city has called and told me that we don't have a quorum 
for tonight's UTC meeting. If anybody has a phone number for Tommy and 
could reach him so he doesn't waste a trip, please do him a favor and 
give him a ring!
