BIKE: Commuter Rail NOx

Per Lyndon's post, I will refrain from calling the vehicles 'locomotives', but this does not change the fact that they are still diesel-electric vehicles which still emit NOx and other pollutants. 
 
I look forward to posting a rebuttal once I digest Lyndon's numbers. Between us, we should get to the bottom of the NOx and other pollution figures, which is the entire point of the discussion.
