If someone gets such a ticket for failing to merge with high-speed through traffic on 360, would be possible to sucessfully fight it in court with a well-argued defense emphasizing, among other things, the dangerous speed differential? It might take money, time, and a good lawyer, but maybe it could be worthwhile persuing.
